Crash Replacement Service

ALUTECH offers a crash-replacement-service for our frames and parts. As it is common for riders to crash now and then we think this service is a reasonable addition to our program. The CRS works like this: You send us the broken part or frame and we will send you a replacement.

You only pay the retail price MINUS 40%

The rules:
This sevice is limited to broken parts, if you scratch or dent your frame or your rim is slightly out of true it does not qualify for a replacement. Of course we will check each case and if it is possible to repair the damage at a cheaper price we will first offer you this option. The CRS is only valid for the original owner within the first three years. We reserve the right to exclude parts from this service if the damge has been caused deliberatly.
